Located in the heart of Wedding one can get aromatic self-brewed beer at the brewery Hofrauerei Eschenbräu. The owner Martin Eschenbrenner started brewing his own beer 15 years ago when “craft beer” wasn’t even a term.
At the beer cellar about 150 guests can find space to relax and celebrate with friends in the rustic ambience. During the summer months one can sit outside in the beer garden and enjoy the sun or a mild summer evening. Since fall 2009 the brewery is using their homegrown apples for their cider.
Also, Eschenberger is distilling fruit brandy with different flavors like sour cherry and plum as well as apple and not to forget – his malt whiskey.
