Halloumi- and pulled pork-sandwiches in self-made rolls in pretzel-style, pumpkin salad with fries of sweet potatoes, salmon bagels or just a selection of bread with various dips – lunch at the Muse is nothing else but mouthwatering. The restaurant emerged from the Thyme Supperclub and is something like a dream-come-true for the truly gifted hobby chefs Caroline Grinsted and Tobias Zeller.
A bit of the “at home” feeling of the Thyme Supperclub, originally held in the appartment of Caroline and Tobias, could be salvaged and brought to the Muse. Normally, the guests share a seat at one long table and the walls are decorated with nice artwork like if the meal took place in a private home.
Next to the lunch menu, there are regular Supperclub menus at the Muse in the evening. Saturdays see various events like the series “Dinner and Voices”. In its first edition saw celebrity Lori Stern and her husband, the dubbing actor and sports presenter Matti Klemm showcasing Andy Warhol with live piano music.
The “Arts Menu” however, sees works of art reconstructed with food on your table. A real highlight of eating at the Muse is the turkey eating for Thanksgiving. The Muse can be booked as location for small private parties like a family Christmas function.
