In the run-up to Christmas and until the end of the year, the Hotel Palace Berlin will be transformed into a place of culinary delights. From November 11 to December 26, 2024, the hotel will be offering its famous “Goose to Go” menu. The carefully prepared festive meal includes a crispy roast goose, homemade dumplings, red and green cabbage as well as baked apple puree and traditional gravy. As a sweet surprise, guests can look forward to an exquisite dessert from the hotel’s patisserie and a bottle of red wine.
The chef of the Hotel Palace Berlin attaches great importance to quality and taste and guarantees an authentic, festive meal for 4-6 people. Pick-up times are daily between 10 am and 10 pm.
