Tres Cabezas is a Berlin coffee roastery located in Berlin-Friedrichshain. In the coffee shop at the lively Boxhagener Straße you can enjoy the freshly roasted coffee from Tres Cabezas. Here, the espresso and filter roasts of the house brands BerlinKaffee, Pura Vida and Wild at Heart as well as a selection of single origin coffees are sold. Tres Cabezas only uses beans from Fairtrade certified trade and controlled organic cultivation for the roasting. During the roasting process Tres Cabezas pays special attention to a gentle process and the fine tuning of roasting time and roasting temperature to create the special tastes of the coffee. The espresso coffee from Hacienda Sonora in Costa Rica for example tastes like cherries, cocoa and dark chocolate, but the taste of the filter coffee from the Yirgacheffe region in South Ethiopia reminds of caramel toffee, jasmine, lime and plums. Tres Cabezas also supports charitable coffee projects. By purchasing the Orang-Utan coffee, which is made from Sumatra and is roasted as an espresso by Tres Cabezas, rainforest projects are supported to protect nature and animals.
On their website Tres Cabezas offers the complete all-round service for coffee catering, maintenance and care of coffee machines as well as coffee delivery. In addition to accessories and coffee grinders for coffee roasting, coffee machines are also available in the online-shop.
Other coffee shops of Tres Cabezas can be found in Schlesische Straße (19grams Berlin) in Kreuzberg and in Chausseestraße in Mitte (19grams Chaussee).
