The young chef Victoria Eliasdottir banks in the trendy Berlin-Mitte restaurant dóttir on appetizingly prepared Scandinavian cuisine with lots of fish. The owners of the new in-restaurant dóttir are not unknown in Berlin since they have already left their mark with the Grill Royal and the Pauly Saal. The third gastronomy project of Boris Radczun and Stephan Landwehr introduces a rather unusual culinary dimension to Berlin: the fresh Icelandic cuisine with a clear focus on fish, fish and fish.
The chef contracted by Radczun and Landwehr for their new restaurant is Victoria Eliasdottir and comes directly from the Icelandic capital of Reykjavik to Berlin. She understands herself as a chef with passion, always on a quest to discover new flavours.
The food served at the dóttir is as unsual as appetizing for Berlin palates. With only the freshest ingredients used, the preparation and mise-en-place are a feast to the eyes. At the moment you cannot order à la carte at the dóttir. You will be served a menu planned by the chef and be prepared to expect a culinary surprise.
