The wafers are still self-made here and turned into edible ice cream cups – amply filled with ice cream, whipped cream and loads of fresh fruit.

Very popular Aldemir flavours taste like Grandma’s Apple pie, quark with sesame and honey or of roasted almonds. Most clients take to eating them on the spot right away after purchase, seated unconventionally on bollards in the area.
