Like the little Gaul from the Asterix booklets, Eisderix uses clever ideas in its own ice cream factory.
The three founders of the small ice cream parlor in Berlin-Rixdorf work every day on new ideas for ice cream tastes. They want to keep their own curiosity and their courage to experiment.
The small ice cream parlor is located between Böhmischer Platz and Richardplatz in the heart of Neukölln and has already developed a small fan base in the neighborhood, only one year after opening. Not only does the ice cream look so delicious that it makes your mouth water, it tastes the same.
The declared goal of the three founders, Phillippe Schröder, Paul Kolek and Kris Ramouldt, is to produce ice cream without additives, aroma pastes and only natural ingredients.
The three owners are no strangers to the Berlin gastronomy. Kris Ramoudt is a trained ice cream maker and was for several years head of the ice cream production of vanilla & apricot, Schröder and Kolek, also restaurateurs, invented the Tempelburger on the Tempelhof field.
