Starwars Fans will chuckle at the name Mos Eisley, since it is a karge spaceport on the desert planet Tatooine, most frequented by smugglers. Neukölln’s Mos Eisley is close to Tempelhofer Feld and is an ice cream shop of the special kind, a point of call for all fans of delicious ice cream. The owner and ice cream chef Daniela Teuber learnt her freezing trade at the Gelato University of Bologna in Italy which is why the ice creams are made fresh every day in Italian style.
Gelateria Mos Eisley banks on solid craftsmanship and first-class ingredients, leading to awesome creations such as Campari-Grapefruit, Spicy Mango or Soy-Peanut Crunch to name but a few. Regional milk is used for the creamy creations, all sorbets are vegan, made only from fruit, sugar and water. Next to all vegan ice creams, there is always a sugar-free ice cream available, too.
Mos Eisley Gelateria cooperates with the street food makers of Zwei Dicken Bären (Two Fat Bears). The self-baked cookies of the bears get combined with the Neukölln ice cream to a gorgeous ice cream sandwich releasing happiness hormones in your brain.
