All year round the culinary team is working on new pasta creations, being sold as weekly specials. Some picks from the pasta card include “Green & White”, which is a pesto of basil and rocket combined with a mild farmers’ cheese, aromatic tuna pesto, anchovis and black olives or “Gnocchi-Ziege” – tasty potato gnocchi filled with goat cream cheese in a sauce of truffels and cream.
