As simple as the basic ingredients of a pizza may seem at first glance, the results are very different. Lovers of Italian cuisine know this only too well. It depends on the perfect combination of fresh ingredients, but also on the crispy, airy dough and the tasty sauce. No wonder Capvin serves this delicious creation with golden scissors instead of a knife or pizza cutter. The Neapolitan pizza is still available here in the original recipe, with a thick, airy crust and wafer-thin base, created using a specially developed Nuvola flour and ingredients sourced directly from Naples. This guarantees you an unforgettable taste experience in traditional or creatively modern preparations. The special flour makes the crust rise particularly well and the result is a fluffy, airy cloud pizza.
Capvin has two locations in Berlin, one in the Rosenhöfe and the other on Weinbergweg. The restaurants boast a stylish ambience and are inspired by the preparation of pizza revolutionary Vincenzo Capuano from Naples. You sit at small tables and look directly onto the handmade domed stone oven. In summer, you can also enjoy your pizza outside under the trees on the terrace. In addition to the classic margherita with buffalo mozzarella and fresh basil, the pizza with zucchini and cashew cream, garlic and rosemary oil is a recommendation, as is the delicious antipasti platter or the homemade bruschetta. Refreshing cocktails or a glass of Chardonnay go well with this.
