How about a grilled pork leg with Sauerkraut and fried potatoes or a Zander fillet poached in Dijon mustard sauce with spinach and mashed potatoes? How do home-made waffels or warm apple strudel sound as dessert? The guests can enjoy all this and more great German cuisine on the sun-flooded terrace right by the water. The restaurant-owned motor yacht can be exclusively chartered by guests. The Windrose is also well worth a visit under adverse weather conditions, the upper floor is very welcoming with a nice bar.
