The Schnitzel helping is so big that nobody will leave the restaurant feeling hungry, the side to go along is a potato-lamb lettuce salad. At the Ottenthal, the recipes are traditional Austrian cuisine refined with some new interpretations.
The restaurant welcomes its guests in a very friendly atmosphere, the speakers resound with low Baroque music. As a memento of the village from which the Ottenthal takes its name, the clockwork of the village’s churchsteeple has been transplanted to Berlin. The clockwork has been ceremoniously wound up every evening for more than 100 years.
