The Golvet restaurant at Potsdamer Platz offers culinary excellence with artisanal perfection. Product-focused, sustainable and as regional as possible. A few very intensive, aromatic components, which are worked out accurately and filigree by hand, provide for highest pleasures.
What makes Berlin culinary is its versatility. The GOLVET defines itself just as varied. When Jonas Zörner and his ambitious team really get going in the open kitchen, “Spring” takes off in 5 or 7 courses (vegetarian or “normal”). Jose Vinagre (sommelier) and Yannik Walter (bar manager) set their own accents with unusual wine or non-alcoholic beverage accompaniments.
In addition, there is an exclusive purist ambience and, above all, a sensational view over the capital, because Golvet is located in the former premises of the 40seconds Club (on the 8th floor, 32m high) in Potsdamer Straße.
