The restaurant uses exclusively original American beef of the best quality. The meat comes from cattle bred down from Black Angus, Hereford and Longhorns to satisfy the highest demands. The Prime Rib apart, you can also enjoy your steak as fillet or as rib eye. The side dishes such as baked potato with sour cream and julienne vegetables give a rounded finish. For a perfect meal a Key Lime Pie with chocolate ice cream or a New York Cheesecake as dessert – awesome!
