„Street Food auf Achse“ is the name of the street food market that has been running in Prenzlauer Berg's Kulturbrauerei since early 2015. The market opens its pots every other Sunday of the month for the Berliners to enjoy its creations.

Food Trucks and Street Food Stalls make a happy mix for the street food event at the Kulturbrauerei, offering specialities from Istria, South Korea, Yemen, Brazil and Poland. Anything from hand-made pies to game currywurst, gnocchi and tapioka to Jolesch-Schnitzel-Truck was available during the first editions of this street food market in 2015.

And should it really rain or be cold, there are ample possibilities to warm up again: anything from fire baskets dotted throughout the area to the adjacent Frannz Club as substitute indoor location – the organizers are prepared for any kind of weather.

Currently, the event always takes place on Sundays. In summer weather you can sit in the shade in the adjacent Frannz Club beer garden.
