The café and restaurant auszeit was originally located in Wedding’s Sprengelstraße neighbourhood and has moved to Hermann-Hesse-Straße in Berlin-Pankow close to the Schloßpark area. White wooden tables in front of the café provide summer feeling in the sun.
Besides yummy cakes and fine caffee specialties is above all the sumptuous breakfast card highly popular, for example the rustic Wedding Breakfast with scrambled eggs and bacon, the Vegetarian Breakfast scores big time with carrot pancakes and the Oriental Breakfast comes along with scrambled eggs with sheep cheese, olives and tomatoes. Should you be starving, the auszeit has a weekly changing menu card. You can also have dinner here with warm food.
Fixtures on the card are home-made pasta variations and tasty burgers, like the cheeseburger with cheddar, Italian or French Burger and even meat-free Hallloumi burgers are waiting for you to try them. The large, fresh salads are especially worth mentioning, which can be had, for example, with chicken breast strips or with goat cheese croustini and homemade dressings. A great fun to share are the antipasti starter plates, which you can enjoy together with friends. The offer is rounded off with changing soups
