Combined with fresh apple and berries or with nuts the porridge can be combined with lots of delicious superfoods. Besides its porridge variations Haferkater also offers seasonal salads and bowls with different grains.
You can find Haferkater at two locations in Berlin. The one at Eberswalder Straße in Prenzlauer Berg is a place with lots of natural colors, brick wallds and wooden interior. A huge window front brings sunlight into the room. With lots of seating options inside and in front of the store it is a place to linger and enjoy the cozy yet hip Berlin atmosphere. The other store at the trainstation of Friedrichstraße in Berlin-Mitte is more of a take-away stall. The color concept is the same, but it has just a few seating options.
