Flocky’s snowy ice can be found in Boxhagener Straße in Berlin-Friedrichshain. You could buy a cup and walk with your loose milk ice, your vegan sorbet or a Flocky’s duo to the nearby Boxhagener Platz, settle down there and lick the unusual ice cream creation with relish.
Flocky’s snow ice is made in Berlin and contains less fat and less sugar than regular ice cream flavours. It is – like ice cream in Asia – cut with a special machine in gauzy layers of an ice block and therefore it is particularly refreshing.
Trained pastry chef Andreas Dietrich got to know snow ice when traveling in Asia and spent back home much time fiddling and experimenting in Berlin until he found his own interpretation of the exotic ice-cream experience. Flockys is snow ice made in Berlin!
