For many Berliners, the Fischerhütte am Schlachtensee in the Grunewald is the destination of a small excursion with lake view. After a careful renovation of the historic guest house, there is a wine shop and restaurant in the old building, which attracts visitors in summer because of its beautiful terrace and in winter because of the cozy fireplace.
In the new building there is also a restaurant with a large outdoor terrace and lake view. An elegant bar, a ballroom, a rustic beer garden and a large children’s playground under shady trees are part of the portfolio of the place.
South German-Austrian and seasonal dishes are prepared with care and brought to the table by nice waiters. Three function rooms are available for private parties. Highlights include festive menus such as at Easter and the events in the Fischerhütte such as the Oktoberfest, Carnival or Apres Ski.
