On Valentine’s Day, the restaurant presents a special 3-course Valentine’s menu for him and her. “For boys” and “for girls” a separate menu each was conceived, which of course is served at the same time and where the two lovebirds can look deep into each other’s eyes.
The noble Valentine’s menu “for the boy” starts in style with a BeefTea made of beef foam and shrimp. To the main course the “boy” receives beef fillet with roasted cauliflower puree, black bean and jus. The “girl” begins her menu with red bed foam soup, coriander and tuna, and the main course is cod with red puree, Thai asparagus and truffle foam. For dessert, “boy” and “girl” will enjoy a “heart cake” with chocolate mousse, raspberries and mint as dessert. The Valentine’s menu can be booked with or without a wine accompaniment.
