Whether you order Braufladen (a beer dough baked in the pan), consommé with spring vegetables or soy strips with parsley-polenta goujons, every creation gets served with a helping of freshdraff bread with herb salts and oil. The dough for the bread is made with the leftover barley malt grind used in brewing.
