Only few know that there are also vegetarian kebabs. At the Vöner in Berlin-Friedrichshain, the guests don not need meat for a delicious doner kebab. The vegetarian doner kebabs for example consist of cereal vegetables patty, ketchup, remoulade, fried onions and salad or as organic burgers of wholemeal rolls, fresh sprouts, tomato and gherkin slices, ketchup and remoulade.
The Vöner consists of 35% different vegetables, is cut from a spit and then served in flatbread with salad, legumes, soybean and home-made sauces. Of course, there are also Dürüm Wraps served or a Vöner on a plate with fries, salad and sauces. The fries are cut from organic potatoes and then fried. All true to the motto: healthy, delicious and above all meatless!
