The Italian restaurant La Stella Nera in Berlin-Neukölln offers a variety of vegan dishes prepared with fresh and local ingredients. The menu features Neapolitan pizzas from the wood-burning oven, made with high-quality organic flour and, optionally, with vegan cheese or vegan salami. The pizzas are covered with seasonal and organic vegetables and convince the guests with the fresh taste.
Homemade pasta is also offered here. The pasta is produced in the small manufactory of the restaurant itself and is served for example with smoked tofu and vegan ricotta. La Stella Nera also offers other Italian delicacies, such as antipasti, salads and, of course, the finest home-made dessert. Créme Caramel, for example, is a vegan cream caramel pudding with orange sauce, which is very popular among the regular guests. If you like it more traditional, you can also order a vegan tiramisu for dessert.
The restaurant is a collective business, which means that there is no hierarchy. No one is boss and all employees are equal. La Stella Nera is always crowded, because Berliners and tourists have recently discovered this vegan restaurant. A reservation is therefore highly recommended.
