The Samurai are the legendary fighters of Japan and are especially popular with children thanks to comics, films and gaming. It’s great to have the opportunity to experience this unique era up close in the heart of Berlin. The multimedia exhibition provides a deep insight into thousands of years of history without boring children. On the contrary, they are entertained in a playful way, making the visit an unforgettable experience for the whole family, even at the weekend or in bad weather. You can try out the Yokai Game, discover magical fans or learn the impressive techniques of the ninjas.

The Samurai Museum has one of the world’s largest collections of works of art and exhibits, inspires with holographic projections and allows you to test your knowledge at 61 puzzle stations. It’s just as much fun with your parents as it is with your school class. You can marvel at real swords, armor, helmets, masks and other historical objects. Gain an insight into the artistry of traditional craftsmanship or take a look at the rotating display cases. The museum skillfully combines history with the present and is open daily from 10 am to 7 pm. Make unexpected discoveries and see where your ninja and manga comics come from. Reality is in no way inferior to the anime and cartoon world. There are mysterious creatures and animals with superpowers. If you want, you can also celebrate your birthday at the Samurai Museum.
