The artificial woodland on the playground in Berlin-Marzahn is made from over 200 black lotus trees. The sticks, or tree trunks, are of different heights and give the opportunity to run, climb and balance in between them. The playground at Wiesenpark was renovated in 2016 and is now a popular spot for kids to play at and to enjoy the outdoors.
The pathways around the park Wiesenpark offers great opportunities for children and parents to stroll around and even skate, rollerblade, or cycle. The playground was renovated for the IGA, the international garden exhibition in Berlin and cost about 146.00 Euro – and turned into an adventure paradise for kids that enjoy climbing on a challenging parkour.
