Kempinski Hotel Bristol Berlin

Erich Kästner has immortalized the Kempinski in Berlin in his famous children's book "Der kleine Mann" in literature. Of course the protagonists Jokus von Pokus and Mäxchen Pichelsteiner stay in the luxurious Kempinski when in Berlin!

The Berlin locals have nicknamed it the “Kempi”, and it was the first hotel with 5 stars in Berlin and is therefore the “Grande Dame” of the Berlin hotel business setting standards. It was opened in 1952 as first luxury hotel in West-Berlin and quickly became the focus of society life: John F.
