A city tour could hardly be more comfortable: At Berlin Horizontal, you are driven through the city of Berlin past the city’s most beautiful sights and highlights while sitting in bed on the “BedBike”. The bed rickshaw is an entertaining alternative to classic Berlin tours and is equally exciting for Berliners and tourists alike.
The routes have a minimum duration of one hour and usually start next to the main entrance of the Berlin TV Tower at Alexanderplatz. They lead past the Humboldt Forum/Ex. Berlin Palace, the Berlin Cathedral and the Museum Island.
The BedBike offers space for two people. For larger groups, additional conventional rickshaws or other escort vehicles can be arranged. The sightseeing experience also includes photo shoots at the desired locations using your own smartphone or camera. Semi-professional or professional photo and video shoots as well as live streaming can be arranged in advance with owner and tour guide Richard Eckes.
The BedBike is ideal in dry weather with temperatures between 0 and 30 degrees Celsius and is available for tours between 14:00 and 20:00. Sunshades are available on hot days and heated seats keep you warm in frosty temperatures.Alternative meeting points such as the Brandenburg Gate and customized routes can be arranged flexibly by personal arrangement.
