Bars for pull-ups, a miniature trampoline and a wobbly bridge – the 1,1 kilometre long jogging track in the Fritz-Schloss-Park offers quite some diversity for fitness fans with 14 different exercising gadgets.
The route is well-lit and marked and runs a circular course in this nice park. The track is gravel-coovered and signal stones every 50 metres tell you how far you’ve run already. Adorned with various ascending slopes and straight track parts, this jogging route is quite demanding.
Despite its central location close to Hauptbahnhof, Fritz-Schloss-Park is still somewhat of an insiders’ tip for running aficionados and is mostly used by people living in the area.
Top10 Berlin tip: If you want to unwind after your training, why not drop in at the Vabali Spa, which is right next to the jogging route.
