The quick rise to fame of Beuster Bar is not astonishing at all. This place is a genuine “gastro pub” offering both a nice pub experience with flair and a few evening beers with first-class food, setting itself far above the fast food restauration you normally find in this area.
Anything goes here – you may order a 4-course menu or just a simple club sandwich. Sip a tasty cocktail or settle with just enjoying a beer or two – whatever flips your switch.
The interior of Beuster Bar is inobtrusive to the eye but full of flair and panache. There are wooden tables, benches in front of dark green tiles, the walls are left with their natural colours and the ceiling is adorned with a true work of art. The well-stacked bar counter is the centrepiece of this medium-sized room. The cocktails are extraordinary in taste and made with fresh ingredients.
The staff is typical Neukölln – on the hip side without being obtrusive, very professional, friendly and willing to help. We recommend you try the Steak Tartar, It’s fried for a short time in a pan and ends up with gherkins and hand-cut fries on your plate. On very busy evenings it may even sell out. In that case, their small but exquisite menu card offers you other taste options.
The bar crowd is on the younger side with a slight universitarian feel to it mixed with some older guests. It’s recommendable to book a table in the evening, especially if you want to eat there.
