The beach bar CHARLIE’S BEACH in Berlin-Mitte is located directly at Checkpoint Charlie.

Due to its central location directly at Checkpoint Charlie the beach bar Charlie’s Beach is a favorite among tourists. It gives you ultimate beach vibes on its 1.800 m² space as you can lounge in plenty of sunbeds and enjoy the beach atmosphere with sand between your toes.

Even though it is located in the middle of Berlin the beach bar creates a surprisingly relaxing atmosphere. Benches and tables as well as loungers offer plenty of seating options for the guests, who can enjoy the sun as long as the weather is good.

Cool drinks bring refreshment. The bar offers soft drinks as well as beer, wine, long drinks and a selection of cocktails. If you’re hungry you can pick from a selection of street food. Besides Germany Currywurst and pizza there are various street food trucks each season that sell their goods – such as oriental dishes or fresh waffles.
