At Saphire Bar in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg you will get to know the art of mixing the perfect cocktail. The menu lists about 300 different cocktails – many of them being individually created by head bar keeper Roland Hoppenheit.
But there are more cocktails that were created by the team of Saphire Bar and that you can get only here and nowhere else in Berlin. They have creative names like “Trilogie der Leidenschaft” (“Trilogy of Passion”) or “Wüstenpicknick zum Sonnenaufgang” (“Dawn Desert Breakfast”) with creative ingredients such as ginger vodka and chocolate liqueur. Additionally they serve mediterranean finger food.
Saphire Bar is located on the edge of Volkspark Friedrichshain, a bit off the beaten track from the in-places of the neighborhood. A visit is time well spent though, because at the Saphire you will get service and style de luxe.
