At dancing school Tanzschule Traumtänzer right inside the former airport Berlin-Tempelhof you get classes in New York Style Salsa which is a little different than the more popular Cuban style salsa.
You can participate in salsa workshops for beginners where you get to learn the most basic moves. The regular classes teach different levels – and all courses are complementary.
Tanzschule Traumtänzer is not your average dancing school though with the whole lot of ballroom dancing and in-dances like Disco Fox, Tango Argentino, Boogie Woogie and Rock’n’Roll – the dancing school is very up front when it comes to social life. All three locations offer enough room to hang out after classes with the fellow students to connect over dancing. It’s a great place to make new friends.
The dancing school is also very famous for throwing various dance parties and dances. Every Sunday early birds can attend the so called “waltz breakfast” which combines breakfast with lots of fun and dancing.
