For many, Bleiche Resort & Spa in the Spreewald is a term for wellness and luxury, because here you can thorougly relax and unwind. You can also get married in the 11 ha Bleiche Resort & Spa – and that even very exclusively. In addition to the hotel’s own registry office, the wedding couple can rely on the support of a professional wedding planner and inspire their guests with a festive wedding boat trip, for example.
Weddings can be celebrated in a total of five rooms of the resort, three of which can even be opened into a hall and thus offer space for up to 120 guests. But smaller, intimate celebrations are also possible in the winter garden lounge “8 Wise Men” or the light-flooded greenhouse. For a summer wedding in the open air, the 1,000 sqm herb garden is particularly suitable.
It is best to start the wedding stay of the guests the day before. In the 5,000 square meter country spa or, the ladies spa or “the fountain of youth” you can relax. Afterwards you can look forward to a stylish dinner with menu and later a drink in the AdeBar. While the guests still enjoy breakfast the next day, the bride and groom can already place themselves in the professional hands of the local stylists.
The wedding ceremony can then take place either in the pavilion “8 Orphans”, a licensed branch of the local registry office, on one of the large meadows on the river or at the harbour. Also free wedding ceremonies are possible on the estate. If you wish to have a church ceremony, there are various possibilities in the immediate vicinity, such as the Protestant church or the Catholic church in the neighbouring town of Vetschau. A shuttle to the church is also possible and can traditionally be organised in a carriage, in a vintage car or a Maybach 62 with your own chauffeur.
After the wedding ceremony, a boat trip from the hotel’s own harbour in a festively decorated Spreewald barge is ideal for the whole wedding party. Equipped with small delicacies, the trip takes you along the innumerable water arms of the Spreedelta. The diligent mythical creatures from the Spreewald provide the ultimate romantic factor: they sprinkle colourful rose petals from the shore or one of the numerous bridges into the wind. After the boat trip, you can enjoy food and drink at beautifully set tables and celebrate with music and dancing in the Marstall.
