In the middle of the vast landscape of Havelland, not far from Berlin, rises Schloss Ziethen – a 700-year-old Brandenburg manor house surrounded by an old park with majestic trees. This historic location promises an unforgettable wedding backdrop that invites you to celebrate and dream.
The castle offers various options for a wedding ceremony: a civil ceremony in the castle itself, a romantic ceremony in the park under old oak trees or a church ceremony in the manor church opposite. The baroque Bredow Hall in the castle and the picturesque wedding venue by the water each offer unique atmospheres for that special moment.
In addition to the traditional ceremony, couples can design their individual wedding ceremony in the castle or in the park with a freelance wedding officiant to add a personal touch to their celebration. After the ceremony, the castle offers a festive reception with sparkling wine or champagne, accompanied by a selection of hearty snacks, in the baroque salons or on the large terrace.
The culinary component of the celebration takes place in Brandenburg’s oldest documented kitchen, which is still in use today. With modern, original menus deeply rooted in regional cuisine, couples can enjoy their perfect wedding dinner in the Orangery, the Fireplace Room or the Bülow Hall.
The highlight of the evening is dancing under the stars, accompanied by a torchlight procession through the park at night to the Rosenhaus, where the dance hall and music await. A hearty midnight snack and an exuberant party until the early hours of the morning round off the experience.
Schloss Ziethen offers overnight accommodation in 44 individually and lovingly designed rooms as well as a bridal suite with a large balcony overlooking the park. After a glittering night, guests can enjoy a generous breakfast buffet in the orangery or on the breakfast terrace.
Schloss Ziethen is more than just a wedding venue; it is a place where history, nature and romantic elegance merge to create an unforgettable celebration.
