The Grand in Berlin-Mitte is at the same time a trendy restaurant, a bar and a cool club with celebrity feeling, just the right place to experience a stylish and great celebration on a spectacular New Year’s Eve.
However, the dinner is not quite as opulent as in some star restaurants. The Grand is satisfied with neat five-course dinner, which makes sense because you’re still fit enough afterwards to enjoy a decent club night, which is possible on the upper floors of the former school building at Alexanderplatz. On about 1000 square meters and on three levels the turn of the Year can be celebrated – until the early hours of the morning.
The 2018 New Year’s Eve menu at The Grand Restaurant begins with an Amuse Bouche, Crémant or Crémant Rosé. There are three seafood appetizers: Wild prawn, stuffed calamar and scallop Cevice, followed by a consommé of beef. After a small intermediate course of sturgeon fillet, caviar and lentils the main course will serve a milk veal fillet with black salsify and French fries Dauphine. For dessert a chocolate surprise chocolate is offered.
