The traditional Clärchens Ballhaus is located in Berlin-Mitte and promises a New Year’s Eve party with great food, live singers and the best DJs.
The fine 3-course New Year’s Eve menu 2018/19 starts with raw marinated tranches of Atlantic monkfish with char, grapefruit and lime. As a main course, veal fillet in herbal coat with port wine shallots, colorful winter vegetables and purple potatoes are served!
For dessert, a flying dessert from the Ballhaus kitchen with fruit, pastry and chocolate variations beckons.
