The goal of Catara Yoga in Berlin-Kreuzberg is to lovingly and attentively deal with your own body and your own energy to effectively support the self-healing process.
In Catara, the goal is to re-learn the body and thereby improve the body feeling. The Catara training is divided into three parts, beginning with basic exercises to explore the body, then continuing with a combination of breathing exercises and slow, flowing movements and finishing with stretching exercises to relax the muscles. This training is offered at different times for all ages.
