On an area of 650 square metres, the Sivananda Yoga Centre in Berlin-Schöneberg offers not only relaxation, but also a good exercise for the whole body. More than 60 yoga classes are available per week.
Six bright rooms and a garden with an asana platform ensure that even newcomers feel immediately at home here. Beginners can choose between four-week beginner courses or weekend crash courses. If you just want to take a look and see if yoga could be a suitable sport, you can participate in a trial lesson for free and without pre-registration.
Several times a year there is an open day where you can inform yourself about yoga. At the Sivananda Yoga Center Berlin, the focus is not only on sport as such, but also on a holistic change in lifestyle. Here you can also learn yogic cooking, for example.
