In Kolonnenstraße in Schöneberg, Sommelier Serhat Aktas has been running 'der Weinlobbyist' as a restaurant and wine bar since 2020. The menu boasts over 600 items, including around 70 winemaker sparkling wines, and between 25 and 30 wines are served by the glass.
