The Brooklyn is an original New York Steak House in the heart of Berlin.

Just because of the steaks a visit to the Midtown Grill is worth it. Their steaks are among the best in town and the variety of meats used is enormous: Filet Mignon, round steak, lamb saddle, New York strip and many more.

The centre piece of the Wilson's menu is the "US Prime Rib" which gets cooked at a constantly low temperature for 10 hours to be sautéd and grilled at 220° C in the oven just before serving. This long and careful procedure rewards with an especially tasty crust.

The Tauro grills its steaks on a special US-grill hardly found in Europe.
